WILD ROSE WELSH
& OPEN PONY SHOW
ABOUT US
Ours is one of only a handful of Welsh shows across Western Canada—though most classes are open to all breeds of ponies and horses.
Offering Welsh breeders and enthusiasts a place to showcase their stock to knowledgeable judges, balancing affordability with maximum judging opportunities—we have three judges over one weekend. This has become a key event for the Welsh breed in the west; we receive entries from British Columbia to Saskatchewan.
The majority of our classes are open, inviting all to compete, regardless of breed, registration, or skill level—plenty of kid and fun classes, alongside more competitive options.
